Interview
The Interview process is in three stages, firstly it's an interview with the Manager, then HR and lastly with a partner. The interview with the Manager was to understand your motivations for the role, the HR interview was the assess cultural fit. I did not get an interview with a partner so I am not certain on the what would have been required.

1. What do you do to deal with pressure and stress? 2. A challenge I have encountered and how did I solve it. 3. Tell me about yourself. 4. A lot of the questions were very specific to my CV so understand your CV well and know how to explain each section.
