Interview
Interview was scheduled in the below mentioned process :
1st Round : Written - 30 MCQ Questions (Based on the profile you are applying for. Easy to clear this if basics are clear.)
2nd Round : Technical - Proper technical round. Previous work experience related question. Technical questions based on the profile you are applying. Sometimes the question may be twisted and asked. Ensure your programming language fundamentals are clear. This round takes about 30-40 minutes.
3rd Round : Manager - In this round, the manager is concerned about your project specific approach. Your body language, communication should be your priority. Positive attitude towards work and also he/she is concerned how you execute the things. Not so technical.
4th Round - HR - This is the final round. Company information is provided and salary negotiation.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Manhattan Associates (Bengaluru)
Interview
1 written round followed by an interview on the same day in Hotel Park, Bangalore. The written round involved testing related qsns, puzzles, aptitude and few soft skill related queries.
Got call for interview after a few days. It was communicated well in advance vie email and phone. 2 interview rounds on the same day. First one was with the Senior QA of the team I was called for. Few technical qsns especially around SQL and UI test scenarios and a few puzzles. Next round was with the Senior Manager. It was followed by the HR round which revolved mainly around the monetary aspect. I was confirmed the same day.
So it was all done in a matter of few hours.
