Interview
I applied in Indeed and received the interview call letter.
I asked HR to schedule interview for upcoming week. Yep they have done it.
I reached the location on time.
I was asked some basic testing questions then gave an automation system task.
Although I couldn't make the resume perfectly, within the stipulated time. I have done with a proper code logic and I must have done it if I was give little extra time.
They have analysed my code logic and shortlisted me final round.
To my convenience, they scheduled interview on phone with the Director/CEO, his questions were awesome and very challenging, I was able to create my own logic on the spot with my current experience and answer his challenging questions.
Yep, I was selected and offered the job. Due to some reasons I couldn't accept the offer.
I am extremely happy with the way the interview was conducted, they have trusted me that I can be a fulfilling resource in test automation. I told the same to the CEO at the end of the interview.
The role was very challenging for me with less experience, but regret that I couldn't make it positive with them. As a start up company, I have never predict that I would be asked such challenging question
Thanks for your time and consideration.
