First you have to take a typing test (40 words per minute mininum.) Then they ask you questions about personality (multiple choice) and there were also questions about where you have travelled to. The most unusal part was that you had to read a paragraph describing a hotel aloud, then they ask you questions about it. Like, Did the hotel have a pool? What street was it on?

Average in the process of the interview, keeps everything neutral, was a very neutral type of interview and okay, mostly the way the interviewers where not really interested in the conversation or the answers that where provided.

Interview with one of the hotel general managers that lasted about 30 minutes. The interview took place in a quiet area in the hotel lobby. I was Asked generic questions.
