Had a phone interview with the loss prevention chief. Was a rude and unprofessional interview, the interviewer cut me off a number of times, and from the description I was given, I don't like how the department is ran. Also, questions I already answered kept getting rehased over and over.

Interview
The first interview was with the director of loss prevention. Please have your resume available for them to see and yourself. They should have one but just in case they don’t you’ll be prepared. Make sure you understand the STAR method. A second interview may be necessary with the Director of Operations or General Manager. These are high level people but do not get nervous because they genuinely care about who you are and how you’ll fit. Be prepared to take a drug test at anytime during the process. You can have both interviews in the same day or they can be split.
