I was interviewed by HR -- a general "behavioral" type interview. The interview was friendly and amiable, with little to no stress. Afterward, I was then quasi-interviewed by the head of the department -- not really an interview, more just a friendly "Get to know you". After having a mandatory application drug test done, I heard back within a week that I had gotten the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
As it wasn't a difficult interview, I suppose the most "difficult" question would be asking about a time in the past when I didn't get along well with someone else, and how we resolved our differences.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Marriott International (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process was easy. Two zoom calls and two interviewers in each call. Over all I enjoyed the process and the questions were pretty standard. I think the overall experience could have been more quickly handled over a phone call but I enjoyed the experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Marriott International (Berlin) in Jan 2020
Interview
It was very good. It was related to the detail of the job description, the applicant's working experience, and applicant's self-understanding. Also, how the applicants can contribute to problem solving, including to the success of the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Marriott International (New York, NY)
Interview
Very in depth..questions consist of a lot of intellectual thinking.
Took a few minutes to get interviewed. You meet with one interviewer.
The interviewer talks about his experience more than your experience in the interview.
