The inter view went very well! Was glad for the opportunity to work for a Marriott location. The work was explained and the goal of the location sounded to match exactly what i was looking for. Management seemed to listen to what i had to say about previous jobs and saw the value that i had to bring to the table.

I only had to do one interview, during which I got to meet both managers who were super friendly. The interview felt more like a dialogue rather than an interrogation. They explained the expectations of the job and asked me a few questions about my background and experience.
