It was thoughtful and professional. The job was explained very thoroughly. I was given a lot of space to talk about my background and how I would be an asset.

Interview
1. Met with marketing manager over the phone and discussed the role and why I applied 2. Set up a meeting in person with the marketing manager at the hotel to do another interview (STAR) 3. Had a phone call meeting with the director of sales and was asked similar questions of why this position, explaining resume experience that aligned with the role, and if the commute was an issue (25min). The process took almost 3 weeks and I am still waiting for a final “YES” or “NO”…

Interview was good and average, had 2 rounds. First was on the phone and then in person. As a hospitality company they love to wine and dine you. Interview was very professional, had to bring the A game!
