I was contacted initially to complete an assessment test before proceeding to the next step in the interview process. After completing the test, I scheduled a virtual interview. Finally, I was scheduled for an in-person interview. The Mariott uses the STAR method during interviews and the questions for this role were heavy on behavioral questions. Overall, relatively average process, and the people I interviewed with were easy to talk to. I later declined any future steps in the process as I had some personal matters that required my full attention.
