Interview
Had a phone interview, and it went well. Basically just talked about my background and common behavioral questions. Worked my way up to the final round, and unfortunately, they closed the position due to unforeseen events. Although I am disappointed, I understand the nature of the business and appreciate them being honest with me. Overall, the recruiters were nice and I had a positive interview experience with them.

Phone screening and virtual interview with hiring manager and peer. Traditional interview questions. Panel will ask questions off script if you really start to intrigue them. Definitely strive to be more personable versus telling them what every hiring manager wants to hear. They prefer authenticity.
