On-campus recruitement. We were asked to send in our CVs beforehand and the company selected those they wanted to inyterview and carried out the interview on campus. I got a process and instrumentation drawing which I had to explain, and was then asked questions from it. Was also asked behavioural questions surrounding the qualities they were looking for (team work, problem solving, communication etc) and my motivation for applying to Mars
