Mars uses situational interview questions for all levels of the organizations. These are "tell me about a time..." questions that dig into what you did in a real example. Remember to use Situation, Action and Results to answer the questions. They are al panels of 2-3 interviewer that rotate asking the questions.

The interviews were about 8 week long and consisted of 6.5 rounds. Employees in similarly situated positions did not go through the same process in that they had about 3 interview in total.

The interview happened over several rounds: a phone screen with an internal recruiter, followed by a conversation with hiring manager, then a panel interview, and follow up with the president of the function.
