Marshall School interview questions

Brief phone interview before an in-person interview. The in-person interview was unusually casual and operated more like a conversation than an interview. Few questions were asked, and answers to my questions were limited. The head of school, Anthony Pisapia, conducted the interview and was cagey when asked why the position was vacant. The previous executive assistant had been a long-time employee in that role; the head of school suggested a decade or more. They then mentioned the last assistant had quit the year after he took the head of school role. After the in-person interview, the employer ghosted me. No phone call, email, or rejection. An unusually unprofessional environment and operating procedure.
