Marstel-Day interview questions

Came in for an in-person interview with three team members. Gave an overview of my experience and asked some questions on the role. Was not very long all in all.

There was a face-to-face interview with a principal and then a phone interview with at least one of the partners. It was a fairly informal interview process, without structured questions one might find in some companies. The company has no formal HR department.
