Very good and very challenging interview especially for mechanical roles They have several rounds and it is difficult to clear all the rounds Good vocal skills and good grasp of concepts is important to clear the interviews
It involves 2 steps for R&D vertical: first is online assessment. It involves topics like reasoning and quantitative aptitude as well as technical questions based on your branch. If anyone gets selected then proceeds to interview
Second is interview. Interview involves multiple interviewers from sales, engineering,HR etc. questions are mostly based on your resume

It was a campus placement. The process started off with an aptitude test, then came a group discussion and finally a personal interview. The entire process was well structured and quite cohesive.
