I went through three rounds with the MGH Ambulatory Management Team, one round being a two hour interview panel and a written test where they asked me for consulting advice for their website and newsletter content. I was floored after I interviewed for the final round and was ghosted. I completely understand not getting an offer, but to not get a rejection notification after interviewing for 4+ hours with the team and providing a written test submission (unpaid work) was very unprofessional on their part.
