There were two rounds after the first shortlisting call with HR. First round was with reporting manager from onshore followed by a offshore lead. The interview process was the best and within 4 days i knew the outcome of my interviews. The interview was circling around my daily work and the interview went as a product discussion itself which made it very smooth sailing. Both the interviewers knew what they are looking for and were able to base the questions around the requirement. I didn't feel even once that the interviews are stretching unnecessarily. We need more interviewers like them.
