I had a good experience, all the required stakeholder evaluated me on my understanding of the role, my capability and value I can bring on the table. My ability to move ahead and grow in the organisation. All assessment questions were apt and in line with the role.

I was reached out to by a recruiter via LinkedIn, who then arranged an interview with me. The recruiter was great and we had a great conversation however it became clear that there were requirements for the role that were not a good fit for my personal situation. Therefore I did not progress further.
