through campus recruiting. You get to invite to their event. I think this is a greenlight at the first place. You're invited to an interview with associate who'll give you four questions and very formulated. The other person will do personal questions.

Easy video camera and some easy to answer questions about situations where you took ownership, some group experience you have worked on, or something similar. It is very similar to the rest of interviews for internships. But it really depends on the manager you get assigned to.
