The recruiter missed our call three times and left me hanging for hours and even days before rescheduling. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. After scheduling the call for the fourth time, I finally spoke with her and moved forward with the other interviews. The hiring manager was great and asked specific questions relating to the role, but the other interviewers acted disinterested. The questions were pretty straightforward interview questions. At the end of four interviews, I never heard back about the job. Not even a rejection email.
1st round was Telephonic round with HR. It was not a scheduled one, HR called me as per their convenience and starting taking HR round. They asked general questions about my current role.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mastercard in Apr 2026

Super quick and easy. Took 1-2 weeks, and got an offer a week after final interview. 4 total rounds, one with recruiter, one with hiring manager, one with analyst on team, and one with executive vp, all behavioral.
Tough but fun and i had to do some online test and it was quite cool and the interviewers were very friendly, and I loved the interview process, and I had lots of fun, and it was chill and such.
