This particular interview was via Skype. It was one of the more difficult interviews I've encountered. It seems like they were "unicorn shopping" and just doing other interviews to fulfill a quota. Frankly, I'm surprised I got pulled in for the interview, given the questions I was presented with vs. my background. The JD really didn't match up well with the line of questioning. I don't think I'll be applying there again.

Worst product based Company to go for an interview. They Called me at 12 PM and my first round of interview started at 5 PM and they had just called 20-25 people for interview but still. The guy who was taking the first technical round was good with technical knowledge and asked questions from almost every bit of tech i mentioned in my resume. The second round was majorly based on situation analysis with the guy gave me 2 situation based problems and one island question. the guy was nice to give some hints at places where i got stuck. Once the interview was done the HR didn't even look at my feedback and sent me back. Got a call from them on Wednesday for another set of telephonic interview next day but neither got a mail for it nor the call. Haven been following up since then with them but no use they are not even picking up the call. they didn't even mentioned if i am selected/rejected and if rejected then what was the criteria. Can just say management failure nothing else. Still Waiting for them to contact as they have openings posted on linkedin every week for same profile.
