Phone screen with recruiter. Then interview with the owners. I went into the meeting excited about the opportunity to interview with the owners and left feeling like I just got off the witness stand in a trial. They went through each job on your resume and asked the same questions for each position.
Early on in the interview, I could tell they weren’t interested in hiring me. After the meeting, they had the recruiter call me a few days later to tell me they didn’t feel I had enough experience working with complex ad campaigns. Which annoyed me, because their questions weren’t technical and didn’t allow any space for elaboration.
