I recently had an interview with this company, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The interviewer created unnecessary scenarios and seemed more focused on catching mistakes rather than understanding practical knowledge.
For example, he asked:
“When you create a new EC2 machine as a bastion, what do you need to configure from the start?”
I gave a detailed and correct answer — mentioning AMI, VPC, IAM role, network setup, AWS credentials/SAML/SSO configuration, and required packages. However, he expected me to mention installing the AWS CLI, which felt irrelevant and a bit unrealistic in that scenario.
Overall, the experience was disappointing — not because of the technical depth, but because of the interviewer’s attitude and unrealistic expectations.
