Mather Economics interview questions

2 Rounds of video interviews with hiring manager and other leadership at Mather both about an hour long. Both interviews were not too difficult. In the end, however, no one from Mather reached back about next steps or any feedback on my application progress

Three rounds. The first was a remote interview with two people from the company. They ask some questions about your background and what you majored in and why. They talk about the job, your requirements etc. They grill you a bit on your past experience. Second round is a technical assessment that they either send to you or you go in to take it. It's in a literal dinosaur of a programming language called STATA. It's really easy to find help for the answers online. Third round is a case study you complete for them onsite. I got through the first two rounds. They extended an offer which I was too low and I thought their business model inhibits future growth, so I declined. They ask for a lot for low pay in a dying field, use old technology and require too much education, though I am sure their algorithm is superb.
