First tour was very interesting. An "informal" discussion with one of the founders. They put a real emphasis on creating a feeling of proximity. Second round was a bit disappointing. The interviewer was too academic in its approach of her business case. She stuck with her pre-built methodology and did not consider exploring new pathways of discussion. The people seem however very kind and welcoming. I liked also discussing informally with other employees.
