Interview
This corporation is AWESOME to interview for. Very professional and they have Onboard training. These folks are nice and friendly. I would recommend folks apply and prepare for the job via behavior questions is the most they asked me,

Question 1
behavior questions is the most they asked me, for example what you do when expected to work in a fast-paced environment? What difficulty have you had as a leader? what are your weaknesses and strengths?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Maximus (Folsom, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
Easy interview. Interviewed by 2 ladies. About 8 to 10 questions, at first they said it would be 20 questions but wasn't. I think they just said that to make me nervous.

How did I handle a mistake when processing information in the system?
How do I make sure I input information correctly?
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Maximus (Albany, NY) in Jan 2016
Interview
Maximus (Albany, NY) does not hire directly, so you must go through an agency. I called my agency and she was able to put me on the interview list for the next day. I do not recommend anyone going for an interview with this department. I was interviewed by two supervisors for the Corporate Woods location, in a group interview. As soon as we sat down, one of the supervisors told us that they were looking to hire "adults", because she currently has a bunch of "kindergartners" working out on the floor already. In my opinion, why would you blatantly disrespect your employees in front of a potential employee? She seemed like a bully. I finished the interview in a respectful manner, as she explained what the department responsibilities were. One thing I thought was strange, was she said that during the initial 2 week training process, you are not allowed to take notes on with paper and pen. She stated that they get paid twice a month, but you were never guaranteed which day that would actually happen. The one thing that was nice was they have casual Fridays, and you are allowed to have tattoos, piercings, different colored hair. The interview questions were not very hard. She asked us to tell her about our current job and the responsibilities we had. Also, a time when we had to learn something new, and how did we handle it. She also asked us to give 3 strengths. I would really weigh your pros/cons with this company. I have friends who currently work in the Maximus call center, in a totally different building/location. They state that their management is nothing like what I endured., so perhaps it varies. I went to the interview yesterday, and was told I would hear from my agency by the end of next week. I have already decided that if I do receive a job offer from this department, I plan to decline. I would never want to work in an environment with such negative/mean management. Bullies.
