McAfee Software Development Engineer (SDE) interview questions

I got a mail regarding the OA on 3 sept then complete silence then got another mail regarding glitch in there system and then got OA link on 11 Sept , done with OA on the same day and got another mail on 17 sept saying your skills dont match with out requirement and i replied on that mail if skills doesnt match why shortlisting me , then after a day got another mail saying you assessment is not up to the mark i mean WTH is this recruitment process .
