McCann Associates interview questions

This company has a genius assessment product, however, they are very arrogant. EXTREMELY arrogant and aren't afraid to show it. I showed up for the interview at 10:00 AM on a Friday, and after 8 interviews with management, product developers, etc. with sometimes 30 minutes in between, they said that I had to wait until 6:30 PM to meet with the CEO if I was to be considered for the position. I sat there in the interview room and watched them talk and eat their company provided lunch in the room across the way, yet they never offered me anything after they said they would. 8.5 hours of miserable interviews with arrogant people with no food or even an offer of water. I consider myself a very reasonable, professional and polite interviewee. If you interview with this company, be sure to bring your lunch, plenty of water, and a sheild to fend off the personalities. Management will cut you down to size in every way they can. Very insecure people. This was the worst interview experience that I have ever been through. Everyone is miserable and it is all about the CEO and kissing up to him. Don't waste your time (and lots of it) with interviewing at this company. One day here and it made my worst experience at my job seem like a day in the park.
