Interview
The process was very smooth: I had an intro call with one of their recruiters on Thursday where they asked about my background, then on Monday they gave me a technical take-home. I had 3 hours to create an app based on a spec, then another hour where they asked questions to make sure I understood it and wasn't just vibe-coding. There was a final call with the CEO right afterwards, then they made me offer and invited me to visit their office. I went in and talked with some of the team and they shared a couple of projects they're working on. Great people, although I ended up accepting a competing offer.

First the screening call. If you pass that 3 hour take home assesment, and then you get a call if they like your project. And then if you pass that too you get the role.
