MediaHub interview questions

I had a preliminary phone interview that went well and was even invited to schedule an interview slot for next steps, but the next day I was informed of a sudden indefinite hiring freeze? I was put off by the disorganization.

The overall process felt very promt at first but on the day of the actual interview, a third individual joined without my knowledge and the persons that I had prepared to interview with were not part of the conversation at all. I just find it a bit unprofessional, but I need to be cognizant that there may have been issues on their end.
