First interview with the Director was amazing, second interview with team member was horrible and completely put me off accepting the role. The guy was sexist and made it clear he does not work well with others.

heavily relies on your past experience for medical doctors. Also having contacts within organization is also helpful. If you have worked in the industry then much easier to get a job.
