I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
First you have a standard phone call from the recruiter (Easy) just to see if you are a suitable fit.
Then you get Invited to a (Not so) 'Happy' hour. This is a part of the interview you are expected to go chat to as many people as possible and repeat your life story over and over and over so just get ready to talk and basically seem enthusiastic every time you do so. Unfortunately I was not invited back after that as the recruiter advised me that the team thought my experience did not fit the role.
Meraki is a great service, about 70% of the employees that I met seemed to be great but that 30%! Beware its enough to make you not want to work for them.

Interview
Typical interview for a sales position with 3 rounds. Recruiter phone screen, then interviewed by 3 managers with open roles on their team, followed by director interview for the final round.
I applied online. I interviewed at Meraki (Jacksonville, FL) in Dec 2020
Interview
It was a Three-level process over a Zoom call. They went over personality, Options plus who are the companies we would be working with. They described the atmosphere and hours of the work environment.

Interview
Appalling interview process with Meraki. First interview with the recruiter then I had an initial conversation with the Regional Sales Manager which went pretty well. At the end of the call I have been told they will provide me with an update within the next days to schedule the next step. But none of that happened and I didn't get any feedback either positive or negative which is quite rude and unprofessional.
