I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Meraki (San Francisco, CA) in May 2012
Interview
Hiring process went well. I was recruited and immediately put through to a phone screen. I felt like the phone screen was personal rather than just a test. Recruiter kept in close contact via cell phone text, which I thought helped. Interview was fast and within a week from the phone screen. Plenty of time to prepare for the interview. I interviewed with 5 people including the VP and the Director of Sales. I thought this was a good idea and offered personal insight to the company culture. I thought the interview could have been more challenging, but glad I got the role.

Interview
Typical interview for a sales position with 3 rounds. Recruiter phone screen, then interviewed by 3 managers with open roles on their team, followed by director interview for the final round.

It was a Three-level process over a Zoom call. They went over personality, Options plus who are the companies we would be working with. They described the atmosphere and hours of the work environment.

Interview
Appalling interview process with Meraki. First interview with the recruiter then I had an initial conversation with the Regional Sales Manager which went pretty well. At the end of the call I have been told they will provide me with an update within the next days to schedule the next step. But none of that happened and I didn't get any feedback either positive or negative which is quite rude and unprofessional.
