I had a really pleasant experience interviewing at Meraki for the most part. The hiring manager was great and a big part of the reason why the role appealed to me. I also met with some good people during the interviews, I heard really positive feedback from everyone I spoke with. After interviews recruiter went ghost on me for several weeks, not the end of the world though I understand things get busy. It took several e-mails and weeks for a response, ultimately I found out the team didn't want to move forward, I honestly think that they didn't think I had a strong interest in relocating for the role which may have cause them to not make an offer, as this was mentioned when I spoke with one of the senior members. It was a good experience I just wish communication was a little better. In the time it took for them to get back to me I received 4 other offers and happily moved forward with a very strong offer for a great company
