I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mercer (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2015
Interview
It started with an on campus interview that was mostly about company fit. 10 days later I had my super day in Chicago. That consisted of a group lunch with two other students and two employees followed by four back to back 30 minute interviews with employees from the analyst level to senior leadership. The super day questions were mostly behavioral and about work experience and campus involvement.
