Solid. Very detailed and careful. Wanted to make sure it was a good fit. Included interviews with key managers and screening process. Thoughtful evaluation that resulted in a careful consideration in putting an offer on the table. Good follow up and explanation of expectations, area of expertise and organization.
Difficult to navigate. Not knowing what the next step would be. Left me wondering, if I should look else where or wait to hear something with no response to my inquiry.

Two levels of interview. One on one with manager, then with manager and her peer.
No traditional reference checks. Very protracted process for criminal history and fit and proper check. Needed confirmation from previous ten years of employers.
