Overall my experience was really good. The interviewees were friendly, respectful and supportive throughout the process. This helps the applicants to showcase their best. I applied online and received an email two days later from the senior talent acquisition consultant to have a 20mins chat. This was an introductory call to cross-check the requirements and have an understanding of my qualifications and interests for the role--no technical questions were asked. Four days later, I received another email from the team inviting me to a technical interview (zoom) with two senior members. The interview lasted around one hour and I was given enough time to talk about my qualifications and interests. The next day I received another email inviting me to the third round of interviews (zoom) with three interviewees. Prior to the interview, I was also given two tasks to complete: a written test and a presentation to be delivered during the interview. After 7-working days, I received a feedback call about my presentation/interview and the team asked me to deliver the presentation once again in-person. This was the last stage and two days later I received an offer.

Initially a virtual call with the hiring manager to run through CV, then asked to complete 3 yes 3 tasks ahead of the second interview. Following the second interview I was asked to redo my presentation task, they cancelled my follow up interview hours to spare, incredibly unprofessional and has given me great doubt as to the credibility of the Impact team if they treat candidates for jobs this way.
