Interview
Starts with the 30 objective questions.
It consists of logical reasoning, maths, aptitude,etc. Then comes the HR round where HR ask you the basic questions about yourself and work experience. Later the round is with operations manager, who ask you mostly the process oriented questions. Once you clear the last round u r in. You get the confirmation then and there.

A man rows a boat at a speed of 5 km/hr in still water. find the speed of the river if it takes him 1 hr to row a boat to a place 2.4 km away and return back.

Interview
Got a call from the Compny HR. She took the 1st round of interview. The manager came in and asked about the reason to leave the current company, current pacakage, comfortable to shifts, about heat map, tracking error, mutual funds, fixed income etc.
VP came in and asked about the career aspirations.
Was called for the next round abut writtn test
