Interview
I applied for a lateral move within the company.
I had 4 individual 1:1 interviews and made it to the final 2 candidates;
Hiring manager hired an internal candidate from their own group even though he had less experience in the field than I did.
Most questions were either behavioral or asked for examples of experience in dealing with certain things. There were no "test" type questions or problem-solving questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Merck (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Jun 2008
Interview
I was referred to by an employee and received an interest research contact call and a request to send the Resumé. A week later a received another checking on availability for an innterview.
