    Pros

    Company have good policies and good culture. Cab and food facilities provided by company. If you have good tuning with your manager then you can expect good career over here.

    Cons

    Managers are not ethical, management should give training to them so that they can develop ethical skill in themselves and then get to know how to take work from resource.

    Provide ethical and behavioral training to managers.

    Gr8 place to work.good salary and bonuses.

    Cons

    Changes to management happens so regularly that it becomes so uncertain that you have to decide every six months if to stay or leave. Management and leadership is not able for the job they are handling. They have formed groups and involved in politics to servive.

    Search for market leaders and solution architect to do Jobs.

    Uni-informed Managers, No strict guidelines HR team is a Joke, Untrained Management No futuristic goals HR takes individual's ideas and introduce as their brain child (Fraud) The employee awards are a merry comedy, Manager's favouritism plays a crucial role

    You are unfit to be called managers, get on your toes before you are held responsible for dissolving company
