Interview
Two 30-minute phone screens with younger engineers at the plant. These were mostly behavioural questions with a question or two specifically about my prior experience. Overall, the interviewers were very friendly.

Question 1
Talk about safety practices in previous work experiences. First round - Talk about a time you demonstrated problem solving skills. What do you know about the company, and this specific location? Example of a time you solved a problem in a team. Example of your leadership skills. Second round - Talk about a favorite part of the resume. Why did you choose your major? Name three characteristics of a leader (and how you exemplify them). Talk about a time you worked with a diverse team.

Interview
I had a 20 minute screening call right after I applied. Then I had a panel interview a couple weeks later. All questions were behavioral, and I heard back a month and some weeks after I initially heard back.

Pretty straightforward, typical behavioral questions that you would expect, like "Tell me about yourself", "Describe a challenge and how you overcame it", "Describe a time you had to uplift a teammate after something bad happened to them and how you did it."

Interview
First, there was an informal phone call about your interest in the company with the recruiter. After, there is a second interview where you are asked behavioral questions from a couple of interviewers.
