Phone interview and in person panel interview with fast decision but not much hr guidance . Things may have since changed as this several years ago. Overall easy process and no complaints

Applied on their website and was contacted by a recruiter via email a little over one week later. Completed an initial 20 minute phone interview with the recruiter that same week to review CV, skills, and job qualifications. 4 days later was contacted by the hiring team to set up a Zoom panel interview. Panel consisted of three supervisors in trial management. Interview was scheduled as very short (30 min.), it felt rushed. Seemed that it went decently well but hard to judge from it being so brief. Was then completely ghosted. After three weeks no responses or feedback, even after reaching out directly, I received an automated email stating “we have discontinued recruiting for this position and therefore this position is no longer open.” This exact same position with same job description (has unique details) was then reposted the same day on the website. Even if I wasn’t being considered for the job I would’ve appreciated at least a short response back to my follow up emails instead of being ignored.
