Was expecting a very intimidating interview, due to the prestige of Merck, but it was engaging, informative and challenging. I would certainly recommend this company and felt very luck to have contributed to their continued success.

I've interviewed a number of times recently and hands down Merck was the most professional, timely and easiest to work with. The managers were prepared, cordial and fun to talk with. I know -- that is rare and nearly impossible to find when interviewing. I can't say enough about the 6-8 managers I interacted with

Gained employee referral and recommendation. Submitted resume and cover letter on the corporate web site. Company rep called and scheduled an in person interview. 2 manager team interview. Heavy on performance requiring data and details of "give me an example of how you gained market share during x period.

We now measure market share differently than last year and by new measure, mkt share of Product XX is only 2.3%. How do you propose to grow share today if 2.3% is the max achieved in the past 2 years?
