Interview
Total time waste.
They called on Saturday for a drive.
1st round: 2 hours of in-depth java, spring boot, microservice rapid fire
2nd round: few questions and one simplest program to remove a character from a String. Looked like interviewer was forced to come on a Saturday. Completely uninterest and low on energy interviewer.
3rd round: highly arrogant project manager. Asked what is latest in tech. asked what is the need of developer, I can create code using chat GPT. Well then why were they conducting the interview for developer, why not using chat gpt to write all the code???
They told me I was selected and next round - salary discussion will be conducted on Monday. Guess what happened on Monday??? I was told the position is on hold.
