Interview consisted of three main parts : - An initial phone screening - Group assessment day - Presentation Initial phone interview was fairly easy / casual. Consisted of a few questions about myself, namely walking through my CV, interests and course at university. Followed by a few questions specifically about programmatic advertising. Group assessment day consisted of a presentation by two members of the company, followed by individual presentations by each candidate on a few questions that were given to us a week prior, then a group activity. This is where I failed to progress to the next stage, though I know it involved a presentation to some senior members of the organisation.
