Recruiter reached out to me and asked me to schedule some time to talk about the role. Date/time came and went with the recruiter being a no show. Next day she apologized saying she was out sick. Scheduled another interview for the following week and the recruiter was again a no show and no follow-up email to mine asking if the time still worked for her. Not sure what happened, again, but I'll be marking Merkle as a no go for future applications.
