The interview is quite easy and you need to do a mock teaching about the particular subject. I love how they handle the interview. The HR also are very helpful.

It was a pleasant experience. The interviewers (School Principal, Head of Academic, HR, subject lecturer ) are friendly. I was given a topic beforehand and asked to prepare for a mock lecture during the interview. Everything went smoothly.

Mock lecture topic is given before the interview and there are 3 panels sitting in the interview session together with the HR recruiter. They start it with self introduction and then followed by mock teaching. The panels will ask questions based on my teaching.
