Two Stage Interview.
1. First interview with one of the founders, relatively casual format. Questions about past experience and reason for choosing Metis.
2. Second interview which involves presenting on a given topic for 10 minutes, followed by some questions.

CV + Cover Letter then 2 interviews (one with director then with head of branch) quite straightforward, answer within a month, no technical interview or tests, just a power point presentation and chats
