Very biased as if they were not looking for the candidate and they had already selected one. I answered questions correctly even many of the questions were not relevant to the job I had applied for however still they rejected me.

Interview including a panel of around 3-4 people including HR representative. Be ready with an introduction. Good and logical questions including on MEC strategies on employability. They are always fair and providing space for the candidate to answer. Be on time. The team is normally diverse in culture and respectable.
