Interview was 3 phased-process. First with human resources staff, then technical meeting and then meeting to get to know founders. It was a long and joyful process. In every phase, different qualifications are assessed. First meeting they wanted to know my personality in group works. Second phase, they wanted to evaluate my technical skills about the programs I am gonna use and also art approach. Third one was like a conversation where we had a chance to get to know each other genuinely.

Question 1
What is your expectation of salary was one of the questions which I didn't get or like. What do you want to do in 5 years was another one. Can you tell us about yourself was also one of them.

Interview
They approached me via phone. There were 2 stages. First you talk to hr if that goes positive you do a case study. Which involves prerecorded gameplay videos and a pdf which tells you how to send it and what to do. In my case I did match 3 gameplay video and an action game.
They do not tell you why you didn’t pass. I have to ask myself to get an answer. They told me I’m not suitable for the position
because I didn’t get the proper education which I stated in my resume. Then I asked why would you interview me even though you know I didn’t go to music school. Next thing is they do not compensate you if you do the case. I spent 3 days after work for it. They didn’t even mention about compensating me.

I was contacted by a recruiter over linkedin even though I never applied for a job at this company. The recruiter asked for my phone number even though it was listed clearly on my profile. I provided my number and they never called me.
